Franchise Trainer / Business Consultant
BAB Systems, Inc., the franchisor of Big Apple Bagels, BABS' DELI, and
My Favorite Muffin, with over 120 franchise owned and operated restaurants
throughout the U.S. is looking for a Milwaukee based operations
professional to help franchisees maximize sales and profitability by
providing them with procedures, knowledge, and ongoing support at our
corporate training facility and in the field. Candidate should be
self-motivated, flexible, and results-oriented, w/ strong analytical &
communication skills.
Daily duties include the implementation of our franchise pre-opening
training program in Brookfield approximately 9 times per year and
overseeing the ongoing support for a group of franchise owned locations
across the U.S. Includes monitoring compliance with the Franchise
Agreement and Operations Manual, implementation of marketing programs,
periodic evaluations, profit and loss analysis, building relationships to
enable constructive coaching.
Approximately 80% overnight travel required.
Successful candidate should have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Foodservice management experience
- Training experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Internet
- Franchise experience is a big plus
